IIR Middle East, the organisers of the upcoming Cityscape 2006 in December 4 to 6 has announced that Donald Trump Jr., EVP of Development and Acquisitions of Trump Organization is set to deliver a key speech at this year’s conference in Dubai.

This should be an interesting speech considering that this aspect is said to be crucial to the Middle East property market, with an aim to achieve its long-term objective in terms of holding a good reputation in property market around the globe.

Donald Trump Jr. was quoted saying, “"Regional developers need to think out of the box and to redefine the boundaries of creativity, architectural design, and structural engineering. In addition, diversifying economies attract a wider client base, thereby eliminating some of the cyclical nature of real estate investment.”

Trump Organization has joined forces with UAE developer Nakheel to build a 60-storey Trump International Hotel, a condo-hotel and residence on The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

For the third year running CNN International is to be the international media sponsor of the Leaders in Dubai Business Forum, the largest leadership event in the Middle East.

Eminent speaker at Cityscape Dubai Conference praises UAE realty sector

Donald Trump Jr., Executive Vice President of Development & Acquisitions at the Trump Organization, praised the UAE's real estate market in a keynote address to delegates at the Cityscape Dubai Conference 2006, a high profile international forum for investors, lenders, owners, developers, architects and designers.

Donald Trump Jr. said, "If you can make it work, you can do it. This is a great way for the region to differentiate itself. It is an amazing thing to create something out of the norm."

The Trump Organization is building its first Middle East development, the Palm Trump International Hotel and Tower, on Nakheel's Palm Jumeirah development. Trump praised the relaxed regulatory environment in the region, the "can do" attitude among governments and the free reign given to architects
